By ingesting and computing multiple real-time data feeds, GeniusIQ powers a wide range of functions and applications across sports performance and officiation, fan engagement, advertising, and sports betting.

James Young
Director of Sports Partnerships
Has worked in sports performance for the last 15 years. After starting as a biomechanist with England Cricket, moved to Deloitte to build their Global Performance Analytics practice. In 2021, was recruited by Sunderland to lead analysis & data. At Genius, he looks after key partners such as English Premier League, Belgium Pro League & UEFA.
Adam Ridgewell
Account Manager
Focuses mainly on teams in the Premier League and Championship. Joined Genius in January 2024, having formerly been a Performance Analyst for 15 years - at Southampton, The FA and in cricket, basketball and futsal.
James Chalk
Account Manager
Oversees business and operational relations with the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) and collaborates with the technical staffs of Ligue 1 and 2 clubs. With a semi-professional football background at Paris Saint-Germain and the Canada national team, James offers valuable insights into the media & performance sectors.
Marc Flynn
Senior Account Manager
Joined Genius six years ago to work closely with Premier League teams. Has had a key role in the implementation of Genius’s Performance Studio and successfully led Genius Sports’s UEFA partnership. Marc has more than a decade of experience working within football data, collaborating with teams, leagues, and federations, having previously worked as a sales executive for STATS.
