FOOTBALL EXECUTIVES
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Tim Steidten
Nationality: German
Appointed in July 2023 and has overall responsibility for scouting and recruitment. Rose from youth scout to Head of Sport (Sporting Director).at Werder Bremen from 2008 from 2019. Then joined Bayer Leverkusen, initially as Head of Scouting and Recruitment, before becoming Manager Sport in June 2022.

Mark Noble
Nationality: English
A West Ham legend who made 550 senior appearances across 18 years for the club. Started role in January 2023. Steidten, who has far more experience in football administration, subsequently came in as Technical Director.
COACHING STAFF
MANAGER
David Moyes
Nationality: Scottish
Returns to the club he managed for half a season in 2017/18. Despite the fact he led the club out of the relegation zone and to safety then, the Scot was not offered an extension to his six-month contract. After 11 years at Everton, in which he oversaw great progress both on and off the pitch, Moyes has become something of a managerial journeyman, with short stints at Manchester United, Real Sociedad, Sunderland and then West Ham. Will hope to stay longer on this second coming.
ASSISTANT
Billy McKinlay
Nationality: Scottish
Spent seven months working with Moyes at West Ham in 2017/18 and now back for a second spell alongside his compatriot. The former Scotland international was previously assistant to Michael O'Neill at Stoke City for 18 months.
TECHNICAL ADVISOR
Alan Irvine
Nationality: Scottish
Worked as Moyes' assistant at Everton for two years before embarking on a managerial career of his own, with Preston, Sheffield Wednesday and West Brom. After that he returned to being an assistant and joined up with Moyes again at West Ham in 2017/18. Moved to this new role in July 2021.

Kevin Nolan
Nationality: English
Former West Ham captain who scored 31 goals in 157 appearances for the Hammers between 2011 and 2015. Later took on player-coach roles at Leyton Orient and Notts County.
FIRST TEAM COACH
Mark Robson
Nationality: English
Made 56 appearances for the Hammers as a player. Returned in November 2021 (from Peterborough, where he was assistant) as U23s Lead. Promoted to first-team duties in August 2023 after turning down the chance to become Gary O'Neil's assistant at Wolves.
GOALKEEPER COACH
Xavi Valero
Nationality: Spanish
Worked with Rafa Benitez at Liverpool, Inter, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Napoli before joining up with Pellegrini at Hebei China Fortune in 2016.
ASSISTANT
John Heitinga
Nationality: Dutch
UEFA Pro Licence holder who won 87 caps for Holland and played for Everton from 2009 and 2014, predominantly under Moyes. Was Interim Head Coach at Ajax from January to the end of 2022/23, helping turn around their season, winning 11 of their final 16 matches. Coached in Ajax’s Academy after finishing his playing career, leading the U19s and then reserves.
ASSISTANT
Henry Newman
Nationality: English
Worked for the Hammers from January 2020 as Opposition Analyst before before promoted to first-team assistant in September 2023. Was previously Interim Head Coach at Barnet in 2016/17 and has coached at Charlton and Brentford’s Academies.

Richard Collinge
Nationality: English
Took over from Gary Lewin in June 2018. Highly experienced practitioner, with almost 20 years experience. Left Watford in September 2016.
HEAD PHYSIO
Adam Paxton
Nationality: English
Was Head Physio with English National Ballet for two-and-a-half years before joining West Ham as Assistant First-Team Physio in September 2021. Promoted to Head Physio in June 2022.

Craig Mazur
Nationality: English
Joined West Ham from Everton - where he had been for five years - in July 2015.
REHAB THERAPIST
Mike Spanou
Nationality: English
Joined in October 2018 from Crystal Palace. Had previously been with Watford since September 2012.

Back for his third spell with the club, having worked with them from 2007 to 2009 and in 2017/18, under Moyes.

Adam Crossley
Nationality: English
Moved to West Ham in June 2012 as an intern, having previously had spells with Wigan Warriors and Preston North End.

Jamie Osman
Nationality: English
With the Hammer since July 2011, progressing from Academy to first team to Head of Performance Analysis.

Charlie Radmore
Nationality: English
Joined from Crystal Palace in May 2019. Previously with the Hammers from 2011 to 2016 and has also worked for Orlando City and Norwich.

Max Hahn
Nationality: German
Joined in February 2024 after 20 months at Werder Bremen, where he was Scouting and Analysis Co-ordinator. Although he didn't work alongside Steidten during his time there (the latter had already left) the duo knew each other well.

Dylan Jones
Nationality: English
Worked for Manchester City in the same role for two years before joining the Hammers in July 2021.
RECRUITMENT ANALYST
Dylan Curnell
Nationality:
Joined in June 2018 from Cardiff City, where he was an Academy analyst. Worked in West Ham's Academy until December 2023, when he was promoted to first-team duties.
