EVERTON’S Head of Performance Insights, Paul Graley, has left the club after 13 years.

Graley joined the Toffees as a Performance Analyst in July 2009 and was promoted to Head of Performance Analysis three years later.

In December 2020 he moved into a more strategic Head of Performance Analysis role, with Tom Gardner taking over his previous role as Head of Performance Analysis. Gardner left the club in February and is now consultant Football Projects Manager for Fifa.

Graley has now moved to sports and technology investment company Rebel 54 as Head of Data Insights. Everton do not plan to fill his former role, TGG understands.

The Toffees are undergoing a restructure behind the scenes. Frank Lampard arrived as manager in January and Kevin Thelwell as Director of Football a month later. The club are currently also recruiting for a new Academy Manager and Under-23s boss.
