EVERTON have revamped their analysis department, with Paul Graley moving into a new Head of Performance Insights role at the club.

Graley has been Head of Performance Analysis for more than eight years, having first joined the club in July 2009 as a Performance Analyst.

His previous role focused mainly on co-ordinating pre-match analysis, using data and video, but the new position will be more strategic and involve all aspects of performance.

No more details have been disclosed by the club at this stage. Tom Gardner has been promoted from Academy Performance Manager to take on Graley’s former role.

Gardner joined the Toffees from Southampton, where he was Academy Performance Analyst, in April 2019.
