Upcoming Masterclasses for Analytics Members

Our next Analytics Member Masterclass is on Monday November 17th at 7pm UK: 2025 – The year the Premier League took analytics seriously, with Professor David Sumpter, the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Twelve Football.

Then on Tuesday December 2nd at 11am UK we have Building trust in sports analytics in the age of AI, with Vosse de Boode, the Director of Data and Insights at AusCycling and the former Head of Analytics at Ajax.

And on Monday January 5th at 7pm UK Pegah Rahimian, Data Scientist with Twelve Football, will deliver a session: How Deep Learning understands style, space and decision-making in football.

On-demand versions of the Masterclasses are also available to Members. There are 15 and counting, covering topics ranging from Using Large Language Models for Scouting to Building Your Own Language Agent.

This is in addition to Pitch to the Pros, the contest that enables you to present your analytics ideas to a panel of industry experts and get feedback, with the winning entry published on TGG.

The first Pitch to the Pros session is on Monday (October 27th), when we will discuss how you can get started with your idea, with a feedback session on November 3rd, before the final on December 1st.

Then, on Tuesday December 9th we will be holding our annual Big Data Webinar, a full-day online conference featuring leading figures from football analytics. This online conference will be free for all analytics members.
