We are excited to be looking for an ambitious and motivated Pre-Academy Recruitment Lead who will support the Club Pathway Mission to produce Academy Graduates for Everton FC and ensuring positive outcomes for all our people.
As Pre-Academy Recruitment Lead you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting the best possible U8 players each season for the Club and will be instrumental in creating a world-class experience for both players and parents within our Pre-Academy, focusing on identifying & retaining high-potential players in the U5-U8 phase.
You will be a member of the local recruitment team, where you will also support U9-U12 recruitment when needed and contribute to the wider recruitment programme, including Development Centres, Outreach Centres, and Educational Development Programme.

Essentially, we are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in a similar role with vast experience of Talent ID.
You will be confident in communicating with all stakeholders; while developing and implementing recruitment strategies across our pre academy. This role will provide opportunity to demonstrate the importance of Talent ID within a performance environment and how it is able to support an exciting future for our football club.

The role is permanent and will be based at Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood), however there is expected frequent travel involved within the post, working 40 hours per week.
