Son of owner Shahid Khan and vice chairman of the club. Took on the role of Director of Football Operations in February 2017. Oversees the “identification, evaluation, recruitment, and signing of players”. Also co-owns Boston sports analytics firm TruMedia Networks.

Reunited with Marco Silva, who he worked with at Estoril, in the 2024 close season. Previously briefly managed Portuguese side Casa Pia. Spent his 16-year playing career as a defensive midfielder in Portugal and Croatia.

Joined Fulham in December 2024 from Benfica, where he had performed the same role for more than five years. Before that, he was the club’s B Team Goalkeeper Coach for nearly three years. Has also been Youth Teams Goalkeeper Coach at Sporting in Lisbon, and Head of Goalkeeping for Real Sport Clube and Clube Desportivo de Agosto

Set Piece Coach

Promoted from his role as Under-18s Head Coach to become the club’s first Set Piece Coach in September 2025. Involved with the club for 17 years – first in their Foundation and then moving to coaching in the Academy. He was also Youth Development Phase Manager, Professional Development Phase Manager and U18s Coach, before becoming Head Coach for the U18s in July 2021.

Development Coach

Promoted from joint U23s Head Coach to this new role in July 2021. Will “provide daily support, on and off the pitch, for Academy players transitioning into first team environments.”

Worked at Benfica for 17 years, setting up the famous Benfica Lab, before arriving at Everton in July 2018. Lasted just 17 months with the Toffees before he was sacked along with Silva.

Worked in the academies of Leyton Orient, Fulham, and Arsenal until 2022. He’s now returned to Craven Cottage as a first team physio, as well as being a consultant physiotherapist for the FA
