Weir promoted to Head of Psychology by Villa

Emma Weir has been promoted to Head of Performance Psychology at Aston Villa.

Weir has worked for the Villains for more than six years, since joining as Academy Psychologist in November 2019. 

Before this she worked in the Para Performance Programme with the Football Association.
