Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Training Ground Guru website (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including any content, features, services, and paid memberships offered by us. By accessing or using the Website, registering an account, or subscribing to a paid membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which together with our Privacy Policy (available at https://trainingground.guru/privacy-policy-cookies) govern our relationship with you.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

1. About Us

The Website is owned and operated by Training Ground Guru LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 11003806. Our registered office is at 257 Wythenshawe Road, Manchester, United Kingdom, M23 9DE. You can contact us at info@trainingground.guru

The term “you” refers to any user, viewer, member, or subscriber of the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to a paid membership. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to do so.

3. Website Use

  • The content on the Website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  • You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify it or remove any copyright notices.
  • Unauthorised use of the Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/ or be a criminal offence.
  • The Website may include links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
  • You must not: (i) use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws; (ii) transmit viruses or harmful code; (iii) interfere with the Website’s security or functionality; (iv) harvest data without permission; or (v) impersonate others.

4. User Accounts

  • To access certain features (e.g. memberships, profiles), you must create an account with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

5. Paid Memberships and Subscriptions

We offer two paid membership tiers: Core Member (also known as TGG Member) and Analytics Member. These provide access to premium features such as personal profiles, on-demand masterclasses and webinars (over 200 hours), Academy rankings, club directories (over 1,000 staff profiles), TGG Live presentations, free/ discounted event tickets, live masterclasses (for Analytics), Analytics library, Pitch to the Pros and Slack community (for Analytics). 5.1 Subscription Plans and Pricing

  • Core Member:
    • 1 Month: £8.99 (billed monthly).
    • 3 Months: £12.99 (billed upfront for the period).
    • 1 Year: £39.99 (billed upfront for the period).
  • Analytics Member:
    • 1 Month: £25.00 (billed monthly).
    • 1 Year: £200.00 (billed upfront for the period).

Prices are in GBP. We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days’ notice (via email or Website notification). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

5.2 Payment and Billing

  • To subscribe, provide a valid payment method (e.g. credit/ debit card). You authorise us (or our payment processor, e.g. Stripe) to charge the applicable fees.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as stated below or required by law.
  • You must keep your payment details updated. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
  • All transactions are secure and processed by third-party providers.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term (e.g., monthly, 3-monthly, or annually) unless cancelled. Renewal will be at the then-current price and on the same terms.

  • Renewal charges will be automatically applied to your payment method on or around the renewal date.

5.4 Cancellation

  • You may cancel anytime via the member portal. (Go to: Members Area => Account => Cancel). Cancellation is as easy as signing up.
  • Cancellation cancels recurring payments and lets it expire at the end of the current period. Abandon removes the subscription from the account immediately. 
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term – no prorated refunds unless required by law.
  • No refunds for partial terms, unused benefits, or if we terminate for breach (e.g., misuse of content).
  • After cancellation/ expiry, premium access ends, but you may retain basic Website use.

5.5 Changes to Memberships

We may modify membership features with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (e.g., text, graphics, videos, directories) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal use as allowed.
  • User-generated content (e.g., profiles) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store it for Website purposes.
  • Trademarks not owned by us are acknowledged.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details, see our Privacy Policy (https://trainingground.guru/privacy-policy-cookies), which is incorporated into these Terms.

  • We collect data such as name, job title, email, postcode, preferences and payment details to provide services, process subscriptions, send newsletters, and improve the Website.
  • Lawful bases include contract (for subscriptions), consent (for marketing), and legitimate interests (for analytics).
  • You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing and data portability. Contact us at info@trainingground.guru to exercise rights or complain.
  • We use cookies for functionality, analytics and preferences (see Privacy Policy for details). You can manage cookies via browser settings or our consent banner.
  • Data is stored securely, with no unauthorised sharing except as required by law or with service providers (e.g. payment processors) under strict contracts.
  • Retention: Subscription data is kept for 6 years post-termination for legal/ tax reasons; marketing data until you opt out.

8. Liability

  • We provide the Website “as is” without warranties. We exclude liability for inaccuracies, errors, or unsuitability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. lost profits) or issues from third-party links/sites.
  • Nothing excludes our liability for death/ personal injury from negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights.
  • Your use is at your own risk; ensure content meets your needs.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend/terminate your access immediately for breaches, with no refund.
  • On termination, your rights to use premium content end.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Check periodically.

11. General

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
  • If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
  • No waiver of breaches.
  • Force majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g. strikes, pandemics).
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts.
