WALSALL have appointed Crystal Palace Head of Emerging Talent Jamie Fullarton as their new Technical Director.

NEIL CUTLER, 41, joined Walsall in 2013 as goalkeeping coach before becoming one of Jon Whitney's assistants when he took charge in 2016.
