A Premier League winner with Blackburn Rovers and also played for Fulham and West Ham. Joined the Baggies in November 2018 as Head of Recruitment, going on to become Director of Football Operations. Previously worked as a scout at Fulham and Brighton.

Dominic Price
Technical Director
Oversees Academy, loans, pathways, medical, sports science, analysis and technology. Was First Team Performance Analyst at Blackpool from 2020 to 2022 and then First Team Post Match Analyst at Liverpool in 2022/23 before moving to Maccabi Tel Aviv in July 2023. The club’s Head Coach at the time, former Liverpool player Robbie Keane, was influential in the appointment.

Interim Head Coach
Appointed on an interim basis in March 2026 after the departure of Head Coach Eric Ramsay. Was signed by Tony Mowbray for the Baggies in 2007 and went on to play for them for 12 years. Coached in the Academy after retiring in 2019 and promoted to first-team duties under Sam Allardyce a year later.

First Team Coach
Appointed by James Morrison in March 2026. Started his coaching career with Tranmere Rovers in 2014 and has gone on to work for Norwich City, Ipswich Town, MK Dons, Swansea City, Southampton and Rangers. Made more than 450 senior appearances as a player for Peterborough United, Notts County, Exeter City, Norwich, Bristol Rovers and Tranmere.

Played for the club for nine years before becoming an Academy coach with them in 2019. Stepped up to first-team duties under Mowbray.

Director of Medical Services
Massively experienced practitioner who has worked for England, Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Sheffield Wednesday, West Ham and Coventry City. Was with United for 11 years, with six of them as Head of Performance for Sir Alex Ferguson. Is also Head of Performance for the Wales national team.

Has been with the club since 2005 and was publicly praised by Chris Brunt when he left in the summer of 2020. Promoted to Head Physio in same year.
