Former semi-pro player who went on to have coaching and scouting roles at clubs including Wimbledon, Crystal Palace, Portsmouth and Blackburn. Was Sporting Director at Watford for four years, helping them earn promotion to the Premier League, and held the same role at Nottingham Forest. Appointed Sporting Director of West Brom in September 2018.
Won 44 caps for Croatia as a player before going on to manage them for six years. Subsequently had stints in charge of Lokomotiv Moscow, Besiktas, West Ham and Al-Ittihad. Appointed West Brom boss in June 2019 and led them to automatic promotion to the Premier League.
Former international footballer who worked alongside Bilic in his first managerial role at Hadjuk Split.
Worked alongside Bilic at Al-Ittihad. Had initially got to know his compatriot during a study visit to West Ham, when Bilic was manager there.
FIRST TEAM COACH
Played alongside Bilic at West Ham and then, when the Croatian was appointed manager, became his first-team coach at the club. Re-joined him at West Brom in July 2019.
Played 50 games for Manchester United during a career that took in almost 250 games. Also hugely experienced as a coach, having worked with Wigan, Derby, Hartlepool, Hull and Aston Villa. Joined West Brom when Darren Moore was manager, in January 2019.
HEAD OF SPORTS SCIENCE & PERFORMANCE
Very experienced practitioner who has worked for West Ham (twice), Birmingham and Norwich. Joined West Brom in June 2018.
Has worked with the Baggies since July 2018, having previously been with Ohio State University and Dartmouth College in the United States.
Familiar figure at the club, having been with them since 2015. Prior to that he spent a year with near neighbours Birmingham. Has a PhD from Liverpool John Moores University.
Senior lecturer at Bath University who also works as a consultant for the Royal Ballet School.
Has been with the club for more than a decade and personally praised by Chris Brunt when he left in the summer of 2020.
Formerly with Swansea City.

Specialist in foot and ankle rehab. With the Baggies since 2015.

HEAD OF ANALYSIS
Joined from Tottenham in February 2017, initially as opposition analyst, before being promoted to Head of Analysis a year later.
Produces an opposition and post-match report for every fixture. Was Lead Academy Analyst before being promoted to current role.
