Former semi-pro player who went on to have coaching and scouting roles at clubs including Wimbledon, Crystal Palace, Portsmouth and Blackburn. Was Sporting Director at Watford for four years, helping them earn promotion to the Premier League, and held the same role at Nottingham Forest. Appointed Sporting Director of West Brom in September 2018.
Dudley-born manager took over from Slaven Bilic in December 2020 for the 11th job of his managerial career. Made one appearance for the Baggies in 1989 before starting his coaching career with them under Brian Talbot.
Assistant to Allardyce at Bolton, England, Crystal Palace and Everton before joining him at West Brom. A former England international who made almost 200 appearances as a player for hometown club Liverpool.
Worked with Allardyce at Sunderland in 2015/16, having been promoted from U21s boss to first-team coach by the manager. Also had nine months on Paul Heckingbottom's staff at Hibernian to November 2019. Appointed by the Baggies in December 2020.
Made 341 appearances for the Baggies since retiring in October 2019. Since then had been assisting Deon Burton with the U23s. Promoted to the first team by Sam Allardyce in December 2020.
Played 50 games for Manchester United during a career that took in almost 250 games. Also hugely experienced as a coach, having worked with Wigan, Derby, Hartlepool, Hull and Aston Villa. Joined West Brom when Darren Moore was manager, in January 2019.

Very experienced practitioner who has worked for West Ham (twice), Birmingham and Norwich. Joined West Brom in June 2018.
Has worked with the Baggies since July 2018, having previously been with Ohio State University and Dartmouth College in the United States.
Familiar figure at the club, having been with them since 2015. Prior to that he spent a year with near neighbours Birmingham. Has a PhD from Liverpool John Moores University.
Senior lecturer at Bath University who also works as a consultant for the Royal Ballet School.
Has been with the club for more than a decade and personally praised by Chris Brunt when he left in the summer of 2020.
Formerly with Swansea City.

Produces an opposition and post-match report for every fixture. Was Lead Academy Analyst before being promoted to current role.
