Takes strategic oversight of the Academy, B Team, Women’s First Team, Girls Academy, Player Pathways and Emerging Talent. Worked for Rangers for more than 20 years, ultimately becoming Academy Manager, before joining Forest in July 2023. Knows Wilson from their time working together for Rangers.

Joined Forest in September 2022 and was First Team Operations Manager before being promoted to Head of Operations. Oversees team logistics, manages budgets and approves first-team expenditure.

Vitor Pereira

Head Coach

Played amateur football in Portugal’s lower divisions before retiring young and pursuing coaching qualifications at University of Porto. Rose through FC Porto’s coaching ranks and assisted André Villas-Boas during 2010/11 Treble-winning season. Succeeded him as Head Coach, winning back-to-back Primeira Liga titles in 2011/12 and 2012/13. Subsequently managed around the world: Olympiacos (multiple Greek titles), Fenerbahçe, Corinthians, Shanghai Port (Chinese league success), Flamengo, Al Ahli, 1860 München, Al Shabab and Wolves. Joined Forest in February 2026.

Assistant

Association with Pereira dates back to 2011 at FC Porto, where he served as fitness coach. Also worked with him at Al-Ahli, Shanghai SIPG, Fenerbahçe and Wolves. Has been a Head Coach in his own right, at FK Auda in Latvia, managing 40 matches in 2023/2024.

Head of Physical Performance and Opposition Analysis

Worked as a Tactical Analyst with Pereira at Corinthians and joined him at Wolves in July 2025, contributing to the team’s survival push. Moved to Forest with him in February 2026.

Was Brighton’s Goalkeeper Coach and Set Piece specialist in 2024/25. Began his coaching journey at VfL Bochum and has gone on to work for RB Leipzig, Borussia Dortmund, Fenerbahçe, FC Nordsjælland, St Pauli and most recently the Seagulls.

Transitioned into this role immediately after announcing his retirement from playing in July 2025. Former Wales international (109 caps) played for Forest from 2022 to 2024 and made a brief return in early 2025.

Geoff Scott

Director of Performance

Worked at Tottenham for 20 years before leaving in August 2024 following differences with Ange Postecoglou. Had started as Senior Physio and rose to become Head of Medicine and Sports Science. Joined Forest in February 2026 with a remit of leading a unified medical and performance department.

Performance Services Lead

Spent eight years with Derby County before moving with Frank Lampard to Chelsea as Strength and Conditioning Coach. Joined Forest as Head of S&C in July 2023, before being promoted to head of department at start of 2024/25, replacing Alek Gross.

Joined in November 2023 and has extensive experience in other sports. Was a Physio for Nottinghamshire and England Cricket and then Head of Athlete Performance Health Services for UK Athletics. Has also been a Physio for England football.

Worked with Santo at Wolves and has extensive experience in his homeland, for clubs including Braga and Vasco, as well as working with the national referees. Joined Forest in February 2024.

Was Everton’s Technical Coaching Analyst for six years before joining Wolves as First Team Football Research and Methodology Analyst in January 2021. This innovative role involved developing a “best-practice framework” and delivering trend and research analysis about Wolves’ performance, the performance of rivals in the Premier League and wider global trends. Replaced Dan Morris at Wolves in June 2024.
