Former Wales international was appointed manager in November 2022. Had a short and ill-fated spell in charge of Watford before that. Won the League Two title with Forest Green in 2021/22. Started his managerial career with hometown club Telford United and went on to be U18s and U23s coach at Wolves and then England U16 Head Coach and U20s assistant. Led the Hatters to promotion in 2022/23.
Joined the backroom team with Edwards. Was his number two at Forest Green and Watford. Had worked with Edwards for England U16s and U20s. The duo first met at Blackpool, when Edwards shadowed Kyle in the Seasiders’ Academy. Kyle started coaching part-time in Everton and Blackburn’s Academies and also had a brief spell as Canada Women’s assistant in 2021.
Former Bristol Rovers and Cardiff City boss. Joined up with former Wales team-mate Edwards in November 2022. Was Chris Hughton’s assistant at Birmingham City, Norwich City, Brighton – where they won promotion to the Premier League – and Nottingham Forest.
HEAD OF GOALKEEPING
Luton-born former Tottenham, Brentford and Torquay goalkeeper. Joined Town's coaching staff in December 2014. Was Goalkeeper Coach at Leyton Orient in 2008 before leaving to join Town under John Still. Became Head of Goalkeeping in 2019.
Returned to the club in November 2021 to join Dearden. Played for the Hatters in two spells, making eight appearances during a loan in the 2009/10 Conference campaign, and then signing on a permanent basis the following season.
HEAD OF SPORTS SCIENCE
Returned to the club in the summer of 2021 after two-and-a-half years away. Originally joined the Hatters in the summer of 2016 after working with Nathan Jones with Charlton U23s. Then worked with the Welshman at Stoke, before spending time in Australia with Melbourne Victory. Came back to Kenilworth Road in time for the start of pre-season training ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
HEAD OF PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT
Joined the Hatters' staff after bringing his eight-year association with Tottenham to an end in August 2019. Had joined Spurs in 2011 on an internship. Two years later became assistant first-team sports scientist at White Hart Lane, before stepping up to the main job in 2014.
Interned at Kenilworth Road during promotion-winning season from League Two, before joining on a full-time basis in summer of 2018. Completed an internship at Bournemouth in 2015/16. Focuses on monitoring players, mainly through GPS and heart rate data, as well as being the lead for warm-ups, gym, pitch-based conditioning, supplements and rehab, alongside Plant.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Joined as an intern in 2017/18, during his final year of studying at Bedfordshire University. Following the Hatters' promotion to League One at the end of that season he joined the club on a full-time basis.
HEAD OF MEDICAL
Celebrated his 500th game on the Town bench on the final day of the 2017/18 League Two promotion-winning campaign. Joined the club in 2010. Previously held the same position at Rushden & Diamonds.
Joined in November 2017, having previously been Head of Academy Medical at Barnet.
Combines the roles of masseur and kit man. Joined in 2010 and has helped his hometown club gain promotions from the Conference, League Two, League One and now the Championship.
Joined in June 2013 and analyses matches involving both the Hatters and upcoming opponents. Has been a vital part of the backroom staff for three promotions.
Joined in 2014, initially with the Academy. Promoted to first-team duties in January 2022.
