SPORTING DIRECTOR
Mark Cartwright
Nationality: English
Appointed in July 2023, having previously worked closely with CEO Kevin Nagle (who is also owner of Sacramento Republic) at the United Soccer League (where he was Sporting Director). Was also Technical Director at Stoke City from 2012 to 2020.
COACHING
HEAD COACH
André Breitenreiter
Nationality: German
Regarded as an expert at getting teams into the top division in his homeland. Steered SC Paderborn 07 to the Bundesliga for the first time in their history in 2014 with a last-day win. Then took Schalke to a place in the Europa League with a fifth-placed finish in 2016. Got a second promotion with Hannover 96 in 2016/17. Then moved to Switzerland and took FC Zurich to a shock Swiss Super League title in 2022.
ASSISTANT
Asif Saric
Nationality: Bosnian
Was a Head Coach in his own right before becoming Breitenreiter's assistant at SC Paderborn. Joined him at Hannover 96 and took interim charge when Breitenreiter was sacked.
ASSISTANT
Thomas Kleine
Nationality: German
Former centre half who made more than 300 appearances in Germany’s top two divisions. Started coaching while playing for Greuther Fürth and went on to become assistant at Fortuna Düsseldorf. This will be his first time on Breitenreiter’s staff.

Kevin Russell
Nationality: English
Knows Sporting Director Cartwright from his time at Stoke City, where he worked with the U18s and U23s for many years. Has also worked extensively at first-team level, as assistant at Preston, Peterborough, Wrexham and, most recently, Cheltenham Town.
GOALKEEPER COACH
Andy Quy
Nationality: English
Another with an association with Cartwright, having worked under him at Stoke City as First Team Keeper Coach. Worked for a total of 12-and-a-half years at the club. Went on to work for Brentford in 2019/20, Burton Albion and Charlotte FC in the MLS.

DANIEL HUGHES
Nationality: English
Other than an 11-month spell at Doncaster, has worked for the Terriers for a decade. Started as a performance analyst, before moving into performance coaching with the Academy then first team.
HEAD OF STRENGTH AND IDP
CALLUM ADAMS
Nationality: English
Joined as an intern in June 2014 before being promoted to Physical Performance Coach a year later. Appointed to his current role in July 2022 and is responsible for the strength programme at the club, as well as individual development programme strategy.

Nationality: English
Arrived at the club in August 2021 from Barnsley, where he was first-team sport scientist.

Appointed in July 2017. Was previously Academy physio at Liverpool for almost six years.

Long-serving member of Barnsley's staff before joining Huddersfield in September 2021.

Nationality: English
Lead First-Team Physio at Barnsley before joining the Terriers in February 2024.

James Beck
Nationality: English
New role that was created in summer of 2021. Beck did work experience with the club before joining full-time in July 2017 as Lead Academy Performance Analyst.

Makenzie Longley
Nationality: English
Was an intern with the club before joining full-time in July 2020. Promoted from Academy to first team a year later.

Joined from Barrow, where he had worked for three years, in January 2024.

Adam O'Rourke
Nationality: English
Appointed to this new role in July 2021. Had previously been an intern at the club.
