Played for Birmingham, Stoke, West Brom and York City during a 13-year pro career. First chance in management was Ostersunds in northern Sweden, where he performed miracles. Took them from the fourth division to the Allsvenskan, won the Swedish Cup and reached last 32 of Europa League. Finished 10th in the Championship in his single season with Swansea, in 2018/19, before enhancing his reputation at Brighton, with Premier League finishes of 15th, 16th and ninth and a brand of football that was widely admired. Joined Chelsea on a five-year contract in September 2022.
Managed Clyde and Hamilton Accies - taking them to the Scottish Premiership - before becoming Potter's assistant at Ostersunds in 2013. Former Wigan and Belgium assistant Graeme Jones had introduced the pair. After a hugely successful period in Sweden, moved with Potter to Swansea, Brighton and now Chelsea.
Set up his own team in Sweden, BK Bjorner, with friends when he was just 20. Was player-coach while also working full time as a supermarket manager. Joined Potter at Ostersunds when he was 26, focusing on match analysis. Moved with him to Swansea, Brighton and now Chelsea.
Brighton club legend. Made 235 appearances for them after signing from Valencia in 2012. Hung up his boots at the end of 2019/20 and moved onto Potter’s coaching staff. Moved with him to the Blues in September 2022.
Joined from Wigan in August 2020, having been with the Latics for three years. Already knew Lampard from their Pro Licence course with the English FA. Was offered managers job at Fleetwood after Tuchel's arrival, but decided to stay on.
Ex-Middlesbrough keeper joined Brighton's staff in June 2015 following coaching spells at Yeovil and Charlton. Holds a first-class degree in sports science and coaching. Another who moved with Potter in September 2022.
Made 39 appearances as a player between 2006 and 2014. Returned in 2016 as assistant goalkeeping coach under Antonio Conte.
Joined the club as a 14-year-old keeper and stayed until he was 20. Started his coaching career at Chelsea in 2009 and worked with the Academy before being promoted at the start of 2020/21.
We wouldn't usually include recruitment staff here, but Macaulay is a key member of Potter's inner circle. Started working with him at Ostersunds in 2012, after writing a letter to the Englishman asking about playing opportunities. Developed into a scouting/ analysis expert and moved with him to Swansea, Brighton and now Chelsea.

Has held this position since July 2009. Previously worked in private practice in his native South Africa.
INTERIM HEAD OF MEDICAL
Joined in 2018 as first-team doctor. Promoted to Interim Head of Medical at start of 2022/23 season.
Joined the first team as a fitness coach at the start of 2019/20, having previously been a movement specialist with the youth and senior teams for eight years.
Has worked at Chelsea since 2005. Was Head of Athletic Development in the Academy before moving up to the first team when Frank Lampard was appointed manager at the start of 2019/20. Replaced Paolo Bertelli, who moved on to Sampdoria and then Juventus.
Has been with Chelsea since 2001, making him one of the most experienced physios in the Premier League. Previously worked in the NHS.
With Chelsea since 2004. Worked with England at 2010 World Cup.
Hit the headlines when he and club doctor Eva Carneiro were branded 'naive' by Jose Mourinho for running on to treat Eden Hazard in August 2015. With Chelsea since 2010.

LEAD RECRUITMENT & DATA ANALYST
Joined as a performance data analyst in July 2018 from AFL side Collingwood. Promoted to current role a year later.
Joined Chelsea in December 2007 from Wolves. Has also worked for Aston Villa.
Has been in post since August 2016, having join Chelsea as an intern in 2011.
ASSISTANT PERFORMANCE ANALYST
Background in coaching. Has been with Chelsea since 2015.
SENIOR DATA ANALYST
Joined in April 2018, having previously worked in the commercial sector.
Previously worked in retail analytics for RI in Richmond, Surrey. Joined Chelsea in June 2019.
Joined the club in July 2016. Mainly deals with data from the sports science department.
LOAN TECHNICAL COACH
Chelsea's first-choice keeper until arrival of Petr Cech in 2004/5. Appointed assistant when Antonio Conte arrived at the club. Switched to loan player technical coach in the summer of 2019.
HEAD OF RESEARCH & INNOVATION
His background is as an analyst (with Fulham and England) and he joined Chelsea in January 2007. His role involves "technology, data, and systems, with an addition of strategic projects, research and innovation."
