Manchester City legend, winning four Premier League titles with the team and captaining them for eight of his seasons. Joined Anderlecht as player-coach in May 2019 and became their manager a year later. Took over as Burnley boss in summer of 2022.
Played alongside Kompany for Manchester City and won 78 caps for Wales. First role in coaching was as U18s lead at Cardiff City. In June 2019 became U21 team coach of Anderlecht and then assistant to Kompany.
Jelle ten Rouwelaar
Spent nine years as first-choice goalkeeper at Dutch side NAC Breda before becoming first-team goalkeeper coach under Kompany at Anderlecht.
TRANSITION GOALKEEPER COACH
Replaced Fabian Otte, who left to join Borussia Monchengladbach at the end of 2020/21, The former Burnley U23 player returned to the club as a full-time coach in March 2020 before taking up his current position in August 2021.
FIRST TEAM COACH
Represented Manchester United at youth level and also played professionally in Denmark, Holland, Israel, America, Finland and Germany. The 35-year-old worked alongside Kompany at Anderlecht.
LEAD PERFORMANCE ANALYST & SET PIECE COACH
Was a first-team opposition analyst at Manchester City between 2013 to 2019, which is where he worked with Kompany the player. Moved with the Belgian to Anderlecht when he became player-coach there at the start of 2019/20. Did this interview with TGG in October 2021 explaining his role.
Physical Performance Coach and Analyst for almost five years at Anderlecht, which included three years working with Kompany.
LEAD STRENGTH & REHAB COACH
Appointed in July 2021 after a season as Head of Medical Services and Performance at Barrow in League Two. Formerly Lead S&C coach at Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers - which is where he worked with Howard.
Like Ghoulden was promoted from the Academy in June 2021. Former pro player who represented Blackpool, Southport and Chorley.
The Liverpool John Moores graduate joined the Clarets as a sports science intern in February 2015 and was promoted to performance nutritionist in July 2016.
Burnley stalwart, having been at the club since December 2010. Promoted from Academy to first team in 2017.
Joined in December 2017 from GB basketball. Promoted from Academy to first team in October 2018.
Dr Simon Morris
Long-time club doctor. Works as a GP and has also assisted Lancashire Cricket Club.
Appointed in August 2013. Had been a sports coach with Liverpool John Moores University.
Joined as an intern in May 2013 and got a full-time job the following summer.
Appointed in November 2015. Fulfils a lot of administrative functions for the Clarets. Formerly at Blackpool and Shrewsbury.
