HEAD COACH

Scott Parker

Nationality: English

Enjoyed a stellar playing career, winning 18 England caps and representing Newcastle, West Ham, Tottenham and Fulham. Started coaching with Spurs U18s and went on to manage Fulham. Led the Cottagers to promotion but relegated the following season. Also took Bournemouth up but was sacked in August 2023 after a 9-0 defeat by Liverpool. Then took over Club Brugge in Belgium, but that stint lasted only four months.

COACH-ANALYST

Jonathan Hill

Nationality: English

Joined Parker at Burnley in July 2024. First worked with him at Tottenham and then followed him to Fulham, Bournemouth and Club Brugge, where his title changed from Analyst to Coach-Analyst for the first time. That is also the role he will have at Turf Moor.

ASSISTANT

Henrik Jensen

Nationality: Danish

Joined from Swedish side Kalmarr FF in June 2024, having previously managed Danish club Midtjylland in a caretaker capacity.Has also managed IFK Norrköping and Linköpings FC and upon arriving at Burnley, he said: “It’s been a dream for me to coach in England."

FIRST-TEAM COACH

Mike Jackson

Nationality: English

Former Tranmere and Preston player arrived at Turf Moor as U23s coach in 2021 and became first-team manager for the final few games of 2021/22 after Sean Dyche was sacked. Remained in the first-team set-up under Kompany.

SET PIECE COACH

Eliot Tybebo

Nationality: Belgian

Joined Kompany's staff in the summer of 2023. Spent 10 years at Anderlecht, rising through the Academy system and moving into a first-team coaching role in 2019.

TRANSITION GOALKEEPER COACH

Connor King

Nationality: English

Replaced Fabian Otte, who left to join Borussia Monchengladbach at the end of 2020/21, The former Burnley U23 player returned to the club as a full-time coach in March 2020 before taking up his current position in August 2021.

DAVID RHODES

Head of Medicine, Performance and Innovation

Nationality: English

Was Head of Performance at Salford from 2016 to 2021 and then at Motherwell for just over a year. Also a course lead in elite performance at the University of Central Lancashire before joining Burnley in September 2022. Leads the performance and medical teams at Turf Moor.

HEAD OF PLAYER PERFORMANCE & MEDICAL CARE

Mark Sertori

Nationality: English

Former lower league player who retrained as a sports therapist with the PFA. Went on to work with Newcastle, Bolton, England and Manchester City. Was a key member of the backroom staff at the Etihad, with John Stones, for example, describing him as "more than a work colleague, he is now also a close friend." Joined Burnley with Vincent Kompany in June 2023.

PERFORMANCE COACH

Bram Geers

Nationality: Belgian

Physical Performance Coach and Analyst for almost five years at Anderlecht, which included three years working with Kompany.

LEAD STRENGTH & REHAB COACH

Chris Wilding

Nationality: English

Appointed in July 2021 after a season as Head of Medical Services and Performance at Barrow in League Two. Formerly Lead S&C coach at Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers - which is where he worked with Howard.

LEAD PERFORMANCE & DATA COACH

Matt Challoner

Nationality: English

Like Ghoulden was promoted from the Academy in June 2021. Former pro player who represented Blackpool, Southport and Chorley.

Sam Boydell

Nationality: English

Head of Sport Science and Medicine at Crewe before joining Burnley in June 2022.

PERFORMANCE COACH

Youl Mawene

Nationality: English

Pro player for likes of Preston and Derby before retraining as a performance practitioner. Head of Sport Science at Fleetwood Town before joining Burnley in summer of 2024.

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Ian James

Nationality: English

Director of Psychology at Peak Performance and joined Burnley as Club Psychologist in January 2023.

HEAD PHYSIO

Josh Jeffery

Nationality: English

Worked for Everton for seven years, first with the Academy and then the first team. Joined Burnley in June 2024, replacing the long-serving Phil Pomeroy.

Joined the Clarets in November 2023. Previously worked as Everton's doctor from 2017 to 2023.

Nationality: English

Appointed in October 2022. Had been Academy Physio at Turf Moor from 2019 to 2021 before a spell at Tottenham.

Joined in May 2022 from Huddersfield Town, where he worked with the U19s and B Team.

Long-standing member of staff who joined as Academy Analyst in June 2016 and was promoted to first-team duties in July 2023.

Nationality: English

Appointed in November 2015. Fulfils a lot of administrative functions for the Clarets. Formerly at Blackpool and Shrewsbury.
