Biography

I am a football recruitment, scouting and performance analysis professional with over 23 years’ experience in elite football environments, including Manchester United and Sheffield Wednesday.

My background spans First Team analysis, Academy analysis, loans and pathways, scouting operations, recruitment profiling and live/video player assessment. I have worked across First Team, U21, PDP and YDP environments, giving me a strong understanding of player development, positional profiling, succession planning and the demands of identifying players who can progress into senior football.

During my time at Manchester United, I worked across multiple departments including First Team Analysis, Academy Performance Analysis, Loans and Scouting Administration. This included supporting match preparation, building analysis workflows, creating position-specific development frameworks, monitoring loan players, producing video and data-informed reports, and contributing to long-term player development and recruitment discussions.

I am currently working as a First Team Scout with Sheffield Wednesday, covering live games across the EFL and supporting player identification through structured reports, video review, data insight and positional benchmarking.
