Biography
Football executive and Head of Scouting with 15+ years’ experience across European football, including senior roles at Leicester City F.C., F.C. Girondins de Bordeaux, Norwich City and Spezia Calcio, and a multidisciplinary background in psychology with experience in professional football across player recruitment, performance analysis, and first-team and academy departments. I am experienced in building and leading multidisciplinary scouting teams, integrating live, video and data-led processes, and designing structures and strategic processes aligned with clubs operating under varied budgets, having worked across the English Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two, France’s Ligue 1 and Italy’s Serie A and Serie B. I have worked closely with Ownership Groups, Sporting Directors and Head Coaches/Managers, and have experience operating within a multi-club ownership structure and supporting sporting due diligence for club acquisitions.
