Biography

I am a football executive and recruitment specialist with a background as a former professional football player, bringing both on-field experience and strategic leadership to elite football environments. I currently serve as Deputy Sporting Director and Head of Recruitment, leading player identification, market strategy, contract evaluation, and long-term squad development.

Previously, I worked at the Chilean Football Federation, where I began as Head of Scouting, Analysis, and Talent Identification. Over time, I progressed into senior leadership roles, serving first as Technical Director and later as Sporting Director, contributing to national team structures, talent pathways, and high-level sporting decision-making.

My professional approach combines traditional live scouting with advanced video and data analysis, focusing on building efficient recruitment processes, player profiling models, and decision-support frameworks for sporting directors and coaching staffs. I have extensive experience across first-team recruitment, youth development, loan management, and board-level strategic planning.

I have a strong interest in analytics-driven recruitment, risk management in transfers, and the integration of performance data into real-world football decision-making. My work is structured, detail-oriented, and aligned with modern best practices in professional football.
