Biography

Sporting Director of Romanian Liga 2 club FC Bacău with a strong focus on talent identification, player development, and high-performance club management. In recent years, I have worked across the full spectrum of football operations:

• building recruitment processes and scouting networks • structuring academies and developing game models

• developing cutting edge scouting tools, such as AI computer vision

• overseeing transfers, staff hiring, and club planning • implementing data and performance analysis systems

• managing budgets, partnerships, and strategic projects

• aligning teams, coaches, and departments under a unified philosophy

My approach blends on-field insight with off-field structure: tactical understanding, data-driven evaluation, long-term planning, and the ability to turn ideas into practical systems that improve daily operations.

Beyond my role in football, I’ve led and contributed to several projects in sports business, analytics, and entrepreneurship — experience that strengthens my understanding of how modern clubs must operate commercially, culturally, and strategically.
