Passionate about football, first as a player and now as Recruitment Coordinator for the First Team at RSC Anderlecht. As the coordinator of the first team scouting department, including RSCA Futures, I focus on identifying, evaluating, and attracting top talent to strengthen the squad and support the club’s long-term vision. My role involves overseeing scouting operations, analyzing player profiles, and developing recruitment strategies aligned with our sporting objectives.
