Biography
I am a UEFA Pro Licensed football coach with over 12 years of experience coaching in Bulgaria and North Macedonia. I have worked with both youth and senior players, helping them grow technically, tactically and mentally. My coaching approach is shaped by a strong academic background, including a PhD in football science and qualifications in both sports psychology and management. I’m passionate about youth development and creating positive, supportive environments where players can build confidence and enjoy their football. I communicate well with players, parents and staff and believe in building strong relationships and teamwork. My goal is always to help players reach their potential on and off the pitch while continuing to grow myself as a coach and professional.
