Biography

I’m a football scouting and data professional based in Amsterdam, currently serving as Head of Data & Innovation at leading agency Sports Entertainment Group (SEG). With a Master’s in Sport Management from the Johan Cruyff Institute and four years of experience in data-driven talent identification, I specialise in translating scouting-platform data and video analysis into structured player profiles and evaluation reports that support club and agent decision-making. My career spans roles at SciSports and SEG, where I now lead the agency’s data department and coordinates evaluation workflows between analysts, scouts, and club representatives. I’m fluent in English, French, and German and Dutch.
