Biography
Ben McFarlan is a recruitment analyst and technical scouting specialist with experience across first-team, emerging talent and academy environments at clubs including Manchester United, Swansea City, Cardiff City and Heart of Midlothian.
With a background spanning live scouting, video analysis, data interpretation and recruitment strategy, Ben has worked extensively across domestic and international talent identification, supporting the recruitment and development of elite young players. His work combines traditional scouting expertise with modern analytical approaches to provide evidence-based player assessment and long-term squad planning insights.
