Biography

I currently hold the UEFA A Licence as well as holding the UEFA B Licence in goalkeeping. I recently completed my MSc in Advanced Performance Football Coaching at University of South Wales.

In my current role as EDS Head Coach at Manchester City Women Football Club, I have played a huge part in developing comprehensive training programs that focus on both individual and team performance while helping them experience senior football on a dual registration program with seven different clubs from Tiers 2, 3 & 4. I have consistently collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and review training sessions that align with specific development goals. This experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to plan, deliver, and review world-class training sessions, ensuring they meet the high standards set by the Manchester City’s playing style and game model.

My dedication to individual player development is unwavering. I have a proven track record of monitoring, documenting, and reporting on player progress, maintaining open and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams not only in the academy but also within the 1st team environment. By focusing on Individual Development Plan (IDP) targets.

Additionally, I bring a strategic approach to talent identification and development. By observing players during training sessions and matches, I have identified and recommended high-potential talents, providing opportunities for their progression within the club. I am hugely passionate about both personal and professional growth, both for myself and those around me. This drives me to actively seek to build trust and open communication channels, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. I receive great satisfaction from seeing others succeed and look to inspire and motivate individuals, helping them to maximise their potential.
