Merrill appointed Data Analyst by Celtic

Luke Merrill has been appointed Data Analyst at Celtic as the club work to modernise their recruitment and analytics structure.

Merrill, who is a TGG Premium Member, will be tasked with collecting, processing and analysing data, alongside building internal visualisations and data reports.

The club’s Lead Data Analyst is Antoine Ortega, who joined in 2021. Celtic are in the process of hiring a new Head of Recruitment.

Former Chelsea Senior International Scout James Bell-Walker joined in a senior scouting role at the start of the year.
