Lee leaves Ipswich to become Norwich U21s Lead

Olly Lee has left Ipswich Town to join local rivals Norwich City as Under-21s Lead.

The 33-year-old, who played for clubs including Hearts, Birmingham and Luton before retiring in February 2023, was U18s Lead at Ipswich. At Norwich he will split the U21 Lead role with Alan Neilson, has been with the Canaries Academy since 2015. 

Norwich placed 19th in our 2023/24 Academy Productivity Rankings, with Ipswich in 26th.
