The Head of Performance Analysis is a key member of the sporting department. This role is primarily responsible for providing in-depth performance analysis to support coaching staff and players. The Head of Performance Analysis, with the help of their immediate team, will use video and data analysis tools to gather insights and assist in developing winning strategies and supporting the individual development plans for all 1st team players.
This position requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual to lead the day-to-day efficiency of the performance analysis team through video analysis, data analysis, and preparation of materials regarding matches, training, opposition scouting reports, and individual development plans. The individual must possess an exceptional level of football knowledge, while being able to articulate these thoughts and opinions to various stakeholders.

This exempt position has an estimated annual base salary range of $95,000 to $105,000. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise.
