The Role

This role is responsible for ensuring every team in the Academy is receiving sufficient technical and tactical football development and embracing the FCN style of play, customised to age group and gender.

The role involves a deep commitment to both Right to Dream’s manifesto and the holistic development of our young players in preparing them for adult life and elite football in combination.

The primary relationships of the Football Technical Development Lead will be with Academy football coaches, while working collaboratively with Academy peers to ensure a rounded programme.

The successful individual will stay closely linked to Superliga and KVS technical and tactical football work and ensure consistency and progression through from Academy to adult football.

Right to Dream is a group of Academies, professional football clubs and educational institutions now growing across the world. Our purpose is to redefine the way the world sees excellence. First founded more than 20 years ago in Ghana, the Academy creates an environment that empowers talented youth and the next generation of leaders to fulfil their potential. Now Academies in Denmark and Egypt join our family and together we prove that excellence can be found anywhere.

Our Academies have produced an opportunity eco-system that has enabled hundreds of student-athletes to go to top schools in the US, professional footballers playing top flight European football, and youth and senior internationals.
