We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As Facilities Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in assisting the Facilities Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of all stadium facilities.
Your responsibilities will include managing and supervising the multi-skilled maintenance team to ensure professional service is delivered at all times. Plan, allocate and monitor all work loads, prioritising supervise and support maintenance operations during all home football fixtures and equivalent events held at the King Power Stadium.
Overseeing contractors work whilst supporting the Facilities Manager in many aspects of the operation.You’ll need to bring [key skills and competencies] to the table. If you’re excited about making a difference and contributing to the Club’s success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of line managing and supervising a team of multi-skilled maintenance operatives and strong technical knowledge of building services. You’ll need demonstrable people-management skills, including team development and be knowledgeable regarding health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
A relevant qualification in construction discipline, HNC level or equivalent, or working towards an HNC qualification – Building Studies, ILM Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management, or willingness to work towards and IOSH Managing Safely qualification, or willingness to work towards. is essential and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
