For six years, our Big Data Webinar has tracked how analytics has transformed football. This year it has a new name, because the conversation has moved on.
Tracking data, event data and AI models are now standard – the hard part is turning insight into better decisions in recruitment, coaching, performance and the boardroom.
In Data to Decisions, leading practitioners show how they bridge that gap: how analysis reaches the people who act on it, how it influences decisions under pressure, and what separates clubs that collect data from those that use it.

Vignesh Jayanth
Spent nearly three years as Head of Sporting Insights at AS Monaco, leaving in October 2026. Led strategic projects on recruitment, succession planning and long-term sporting performance for the French club. Before that, was a senior analyst in first-team technical recruitment at Stade Rennais from 2021 to 2023, building recruitment and succession-planning frameworks.Speaker
Antonio Tramantano
Spent four years at Fiorentina, first as Assistant Sports Director and then Chief Scout. Built the club’s scouting department and combined data analysis with live and video scouting. Also worked as West Ham’s Italian market scout. Currently Scouting Course Director at the Italian Football Federation, where he has modernised the curriculum for their scouting qualification.Sponsors
