Appointed in November 2025, moving from Director of Player Recruitment and Development, which he had started in June 2025. Had rejoined in February 2024 as Head of Professional Football Development. Worked for Wolves from May 2021 until June 2023 as English football’s first Strategic Player Marketing Manager. Had spell as President of Grasshopper Club Zurich. As a player, made more than 500 senior appearances as a defender for Luton, Everton, Norwich, Wigan and Watford, while winning 10 England U21 caps.

Head Coach
Appointed as Head Coach in November 2025 to replace Vitor Pereira. Played more than 100 games for Wolves as a defender and previously coached for the club – taking charge of two first-team matches in October 2016. Also led U18 and U23 sides. Worked for Football Association and has been Head Coach at Telford United, Forest Green, Watford, Luton Town, who he led into the Premier League, and Middlesbrough.

Appointed alongside Edwards, who he worked with at Middlesbrough. Never a professional player and began his coaching career in the Academies of Chelsea, Millwall and West Ham. Took charge of USL Championship side Hartford Athletic, before returning to England and becoming First Team Coach at QPR under Michael Beale, who he followed to Rangers. Also had a brief spell as Manager of Ebbsfleet United.

Reunited with Edwards after a short stint at Southampton. Had previously worked with the Head Coach at Luton from 2022 to 2025. Managed Bristol Rovers for five years, winning promotion to League One, and also held coaching roles at Birmingham, Norwich, Cardiff, Brighton, Nottingham Forest and Luton. Was on Wales coaching staff when they reached semis of Euro 2016.

Returned to Wolves in December 2025, having worked closely with Edwards when he was Assistant to Nuno Espirito Santo and Edwards was U23s boss. Worked with Nuno at Molineux from 2017 to 2021. Had a short spell as Head Coach in his own right, at Famalicao in the Portuguese top flight.

Director of Performance
Became the club’s Director of Performance in June 2025 as part of the club’s five-man Football Leadership Team. He will lead an “integrated approach” to sports science, psychology, player health and wellbeing. Was Head of Medical during first spell at Wolves from May 2008 to December 2019. Worked in USA as Director of Performance for LA Galaxy and then as Andy Murray’s physio in 2022. Returned to Molineux in 2023 as Head of High Performance.

Promoted into the role in July 2025 after two years as Wolves’ Head of Performance Services for the club’s Academy and Women’s teams. Previously had two spells at Rotherham United where he was Head of Medical and then Head of Performance Services. Also worked for both Sheffield Wednesday and Hull City as First Team Physiotherapist.

Joined in November 2023 after eight-and-a-half years with Swedish side Malmo, where he was also Head of Physical Performance. Prior to that worked for West Brom for two years.

Bath University graduate who did an internship at Southampton, and joined Wolves in September 2020. Previously a tennis coach with Team Bath.

First Team Sport Rehabilitator
Rejoined Wolves in December 2025 after just over two years at Stoke City as First Team Rehabilitation Therapist. He was previously First Team Sport Rehabilitation Therapist at Wolves for six-and-a-half years from March 2017. Also worked for Bolton Wanderers, Wigan Warriors Rugby League Club, Huddersfield Town, Altrincham, Australian sides Armadale and Perth Glory, Chorley and Fleetwood Town.
