Was Head of Scouting at Rangers from September 2017 to his appointment by Spurs in June 2022. His background before that was in analysis and he was England Men’s Performance Analysis during four years with the Football Association from 2012 to 2016.

Director of Football Operations
Appointed in January 2026 after more than a decade working for the City Football Group (CFG) in a variety of roles. At Spurs, he will be in charge of football administration, player care and training ground operations. Will also join the club’s Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in overseeing the Women’s team. Previously worked for DC United, New York City and Manchester City. His last role at CFG was as Director of Football Transactions.

Renowned centre-back who began career at Hajduk Split before spending nine years at Juventus (1998 to 2007), winning two Serie A titles and reaching 2003 Champions League final. Earned 55 caps for Croatia. Has been Head Coach of Hajduk Split, PAOK, Karabükspor, Galatasaray, Udinese, Hellas Verona, Marseille, Lazio, and Juventus (most recently in 2025). Known for quick turnarounds at struggling teams.

A reliable right-back who began his career at Espanyol before spells at UE Lleida, Gimnàstic, Almería, and Valencia. In 2012, aged 31, he joined Brighton, becoming a key figure in their rise from Championship to Premier League in 2017. Immediately transitioned into coaching, joining Brighton staff as Senior Player Development Coach. Followed Head Coach Graham Potter to Chelsea and West Ham as Assistant.

Reputation of high-intensity conditioning that supports demanding tactical styles. Has worked at Cagliari, Bologna, Hellas Verona (where he first collaborated with Tudor in 2021/22, Lecce, Empoli, and most recently Juventus (reuniting with Tudor from July to October 2025 before Tudor’s dismissal). Tottenham move marks first experience outside Italy.

Held a range of scouting and analysis role for the Danish clubs, before eventually becoming Technical Director for six months. Then joined his compatriot at Aston Villa and Spurs.
