Head of Football Strategy

Was Head of Scouting at Rangers from September 2017 to his appointment by Spurs in June 2022. His background before that was in analysis and he was England Men’s Performance Analysis during four years with the Football Association from 2012 to 2016.

Carlos Raphael Moersen

Director of Football Operations

Appointed in January 2026 after more than a decade working for the City Football Group (CFG) in a variety of roles. At Spurs, he will be in charge of football administration, player care and training ground operations. Will also join the club’s Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in overseeing the Women’s team. Previously worked for DC United, New York City and Manchester City. His last role at CFG was as Director of Football Transactions.

Interim Head Coach

Renowned centre-back who began career at Hajduk Split before spending nine years at Juventus (1998 to 2007), winning two Serie A titles and reaching 2003 Champions League final. Earned 55 caps for Croatia. Has been Head Coach of Hajduk Split, PAOK, Karabükspor, Galatasaray, Udinese, Hellas Verona, Marseille, Lazio, and Juventus (most recently in 2025). Known for quick turnarounds at struggling teams.

Bruno Saltor

Interim Assistant

A reliable right-back who began his career at Espanyol before spells at UE Lleida, Gimnàstic, Almería, and Valencia. In 2012, aged 31, he joined Brighton, becoming a key figure in their rise from  Championship to Premier League in 2017. Immediately transitioned into coaching, joining Brighton staff as Senior Player Development Coach. Followed Head Coach Graham Potter to Chelsea and West Ham as Assistant.

Tomislav Rogic

Goalkeeper Coach

Has coached at Shakhtar Donetsk, Zenit St. Petersburg, Club Brugge, the Indian national team, Shanghai Port FC and Hajduk Split, where he worked with Tudor. Duo reunited at Lazio and then Juventus.

Riccardo Ragnacci

Physical Coach

Reputation of high-intensity conditioning that supports demanding tactical styles. Has worked at Cagliari, Bologna, Hellas Verona (where he first collaborated with Tudor in 2021/22, Lecce, Empoli, and most recently Juventus (reuniting with Tudor from July to October 2025 before Tudor’s dismissal). Tottenham move marks  first experience outside Italy.

Specialism is as a Set Piece Coach, a role he held at Manchester United, Southampton, Arsenal and Brentford (also under Frank) and is focusing on that area for Tottenham. Spent more than 14 years at Malmo, going on to become their Sporting Director.

Individual Development Coach

Coach at Aberdeen’s Academy before becoming Head of the Lower Academy (11s to 15s) at Right to Dream. Then U18s Lead at Rangers and Head of Player Development at RB Leipzig. Joined Tottenham under Frank in July 2025.

Fabian Otte

Goalkeeper Coach

Joined in July 2025 from Liverpool, where he had worked in 2024/25. Has also been Head Goalkeeper Coach for the US Men’s National Team and for Borussia Monchengladbach, Burnley and Hoffenheim.

Lead clinician on the physio rehab team. Co-ordinates the MDT around a player’s injury rehabilitation. Joined the club in 2022 from the Royal Ballet, where he was clinical lead.

Director of Technical Performance

Joined Spurs as Head of Football Insights and Strategy in November 2023, before moving into his current role in October 2025. Has worked in tandem with Lange for many years, going back to their time together at FC Copenhagen. Held a range of scouting and analysis role for the Danish clubs, before eventually becoming Technical Director for six months. Then joined his compatriot at Aston Villa and Spurs.

Sasha Satikova

Worked for Manchester City for three-and-a-half years before joining Tottenham in December 2024. Prior to City, where she was Senior Data Scientist. Prior to this she was a Data Scientist for multi-national IT services and management consultancy firm Accenture and a Management Information (MI) Analyst for British Gas.

Worked for Zelus Analytics– the sports intelligence platform co-founded by Doug Fearing and Luke Bornn – before joining Tottenham in November 2024. Has also worked as Head of Data for Polish side Raków Częstochowa and as a Scouting Data Analyst for Burnley.
