Jack Wilshere
Manager
Appointed in October 2025 to replace Matt Bloomfield for his first full-time managerial role. After retiring as a player in 2022, the former Arsenal and England midfielder had a spell in charge of the Gunners’ Under-18 side. He spent most of the 2024/25 season as a First Team Coach at Norwich. Wilshere won 34 caps for his country and also played for West Ham, Bournemouth and Aarhus. When taking the Luton job, he was the third youngest manager in all four divisions at the age of 33.

Chris Powell
Assistant Manager
Appointed to work with Wilshere in October 2025. Has managed Charlton, Huddersfield and Southend and been Caretaker Manager at Leicester and Derby. Was also part of Gareth Southgate’s England coaching team for nearly four years and worked for Den Haag, Tottenham, Sheffield Wednesday and briefly Walsall. Won five England caps in a playing career as a left-back for clubs including Southend, Derby, Charlton and West Ham.

Luton-born Foley made 186 appearances for the Hatters . Played alongside Edwards at Wolves before joining his coaching staff at Forest Green. Joined Luton as a Transition Coach in July 2023 and was promoted to First Team Coach a year later.

Kevin Dearden
Team Operations Manager
Luton-born former Tottenham, Brentford and Torquay goalkeeper. Joined Town’s coaching staff in December 2014. Was Goalkeeper Coach at Leyton Orient in 2008 before leaving to join Town under John Still. Became Head of Goalkeeping in 2019 and switched to his current role in 2023.

Kevin Pilkington
Head of Goalkeeping
Returned to the club in November 2021 to join Dearden. Played for the Hatters in two spells, making eight appearances during a loan in the 2009/10 Conference campaign, and then signing on a permanent basis the following season.

Medical Co-Ordinator
Celebrated his 500th game on the Town bench on the final day of the 2017/18 League Two promotion-winning campaign. Joined the club in 2010 from Rushden & Diamonds. Was Head of Medical for 14 years before becoming Medical Co-Ordinator at the start of 2024/25.

Joined in November 2017, having previously been Head of Academy Medical at Barnet. Promoted from Senior Physio to Head Physio ahead of the 2024/25 season.

Combines the roles of masseur and kit man. Joined in 2010 and has helped his hometown club gain promotions from the Conference, League Two, League One and now the Championship.
