Joined Chelsea in May 2024. Had previously worked for Brighton for eight years. Started as Recruitment Manager for the U21s, before being promoted to Emerging Talent Manager in March 2019. In November 2022, was appointed Interim Head of Recruitment and then got the job on a permanent basis in February 2023. Son of former Premier League manager Paul Jewell.

Joined in November 2025 to become part of the club’s five-man leadership structure. Focuses on scouting and data, loans and player pathways, and “overall football staff development and evolution”. He was previously Director of Scouting and Recruitment at Liverpool, who he joined in 2012, after working for Manchester City, Newcastle United and Bolton Wanderers.

Head Coach
After a 16-year playing career, transitioned into coaching as First Team Coach at Derby County in July 2019. Went on to become Head Coach at Hull City from 2022 to 2024. Took them from relegation strugglers to highest league finish in seven years (7th in the Championship). In July 2024, became Head Coach of Ligue 1 side Strasbourg, leading them to European qualification. Joined Chelsea in January 2026.

Made more than 300 Football League appearances as a player and moved into coaching with Derby County’s Academy in 2009. Promoted to first-team set-up under Phillip Cocu as Development Coach and then part of a caretaker management team along with Rosenior. Moved with Rosenior to Hull City in November 2022 and then to Strasbourg in July 2024. A Pro Licence coach.

Former pro footballer who played alongside Rosenior at Reading from 2007 to 2010. Praised the Englishman for helping him adapt to England. Moved into coaching with Bristol City in 2019 before rejoining Rosenior at Strasbourg in July 2024.

Head of Global Goalkeeping
Ex-Middlesbrough keeper joined Brighton’s staff in June 2015 following coaching spells at Yeovil and Charlton. Holds a first-class degree in sports science and coaching. Moved to Chelsea with Graham Potter in September 2022 and remained under Frank Lampard, Mauricio Pochettino and now Enzo Maresca. Took on new title of Head of Global Goalkeeping when Maresca joined.

Joined from Arsenal, where he was Head of Academy Goalkeeping, in February 2025. Had previously worked at Inter Miami and England Women with Phil Neville and with Brighton before that.

Worked for the Football Association as Director of Performance for eight years before joining the Blues at the start of 2023/24. Worked in a range of sports before that, including (Munster and Melbourne Rebels), cricket (West Indies), netball (New South Wales) and Aussie Rules (Sydney Swans).

Also worked with the Houston Rockets, Philadelphia 76ers and Detroit Pistons during 18 years in the NBA. In 2006, he created the ‘NBA Trade Machine’ for ESPN, allowing users to assume the role of a General Manager and assess which player trades were possible under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Retiring from rugby league with Wigan Warriors in January 2025, having helped them win four major trophies in 2024. Wigan Head Coach Matt Peet said: “I don’t expect the supporters to ever physically see the impact he has at Chelsea. But he is a cultural architect. He will make the environment better and all the individuals around the environment better.”
