Scott Parker

Head Coach

Enjoyed a stellar playing career, winning 18 England caps and representing Newcastle, West Ham, Tottenham and Fulham. Started coaching with Spurs U18s and went on to manage Fulham. Led the Cottagers to promotion but relegated the following season. Also took Bournemouth up but was sacked in August 2023 after a 9-0 defeat by Liverpool. Then took over Club Brugge in Belgium, but that stint lasted only four months.

Jonathan Hill

Coach-Analyst

Joined Parker at Burnley in July 2024. First worked with him at Tottenham and then followed him to Fulham, Bournemouth and Club Brugge, where his title changed from Analyst to Coach-Analyst for the first time. That is also the role he will have at Turf Moor.

Henrik Jensen

Assistant

Joined from Swedish side Kalmarr FF in June 2024, having previously managed Danish club Midtjylland in a caretaker capacity.Has also managed IFK Norrköping and Linköpings FC and upon arriving at Burnley, he said: “It’s been a dream for me to coach in England.”

Mike Jackson

First-Team Coach

Former Tranmere and Preston player arrived at Turf Moor as U23s coach in 2021 and became first-team manager for the final few games of 2021/22 after Sean Dyche was sacked. Remained in the first-team set-up under Kompany.

Eliot Tybebo

Set Piece Coach

Joined Kompany’s staff in the summer of 2023. Spent 10 years at Anderlecht, rising through the Academy system and moving into a first-team coaching role in 2019.

Connor King

Transition Goalkeeper Coach

Replaced Fabian Otte, who left to join Borussia Monchengladbach at the end of 2020/21, The former Burnley U23 player returned to the club as a full-time coach in March 2020 before taking up his current position in August 2021.

Lead Performance Coach

Head of Sport Science and Medicine at Crewe before joining Burnley in June 2022. Promoted to Lead Performance Coach in July 2025.

Pro player for likes of Preston and Derby before retraining as a performance practitioner. Head of Sport Science at Fleetwood Town before joining Burnley in summer of 2024.
