Head Coach
Replaced Andoni Iraola at the end of the 2025/26 season on a three-year contract. Previously managed Lokomotive Leipzig, Red Bull Salzburg, winning two Austrian league titles, Borussia Monchengladbach, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig. Played as a defender for VfB Leipzig, Hannover 96 and Mainz.

Assistant
Former defensive midfielder who made more than 300 senior appearances, including in the Bundesliga with Energie Cottbus. Transitioned to coaching in 2013, leading FC Magdeburg’s U17s before joining RB Leipzig’s youth set-up in 2017. Progressed to First Team Assistant under Rose (2022–2025), across 124 Bundesliga and European matches. Reunites with Rose at Bournemouth.

Assistant
After a playing career at Arminia Bielefeld, he served as Assistant there from 1994 to 2009, before spending 13 years at Borussia Mönchengladbach, which included a lengthy spell working with Rose (2017–2021). Followed the Head Coac h to RB Leipzig in 2022 and joined him again at Bournemouth.

First-Team Coach
Most successful captain in Bournemouth’s history. Skippered the Cherries to two promotions – to the Championship in 2012/13 and the Premier League in 2014/15. Joined coaching staff in September 2021 as Under-23s (subsequently U21s) coach. Promoted to first-team set-up when O’Neil took charge at end of 2022.

Made 240 appearances for the club between 2005 and 2012 and returned in in October 2018 as U13s coach. Became U23s lead in November 2018 when Carl Fletcher was appointed Loans Manager. Joined the first-team set-up when O’Neil became Head Coach at the end of 2022.

Head of Goalkeeping
Returns as Head of Goalkeeping in December 2022, 18 months after leaving the club. Was sacked in June 2021 following arrival of Scott Parker, who had brought in his own goalkeeping coach (Rob Burch). Has a long association with the Cherries, having made 211 senior appearances for them and then been goalkeeper coach from June 2009 to 2021.

Worked for Leicester Tigers for six years, becoming their Head of Medical, before joining the Cherries in June 2023. Promoted into current role in December 2025.

Another who arrived with Parker, having worked with the Head Coach at Fulham and Tottenham. Was with the Cottagers from October 2020 and with Spurs for five-and-a-half years, as first-team S&C and performance and reconditioning coach.

Joined club as First Team Sport Scientist in June 2018, having been an intern with both the Cherries and Leicester City. Moved into his current role in June 2024.

Lead First Team Physio
Has been working in football since 2011, for Hamilton Academical, the Scottish FA, and the academies at Bournemouth and Arsenal. McIntyre has worked with the Bournemouth first team since October 2022. Promoted into current role in January 2026.
