Clark leaves Leicester for UEFA after 13 years

Lead Performance Analyst Peter Clark has left Leicester City after a combined spell of 13 years to join UEFA.

Clark joined the Foxes in December 2011 on a placement and went on to become First Team Performance Analyst in a period that included their Premier League triumph in 2014/15. He then had a two-and-a-half year spell at The Football Association as Performance Analysis Process Lead before returning to Leicester in 2021 as First Team Performance Analyst. In July 2024 he was promoted to Lead.

At UEFA, Clark will be Game Insight Process Lead (External), responsible for football processes, such as how analysts work, technology implementation and analysis workflows.

He will report into Atle Rosseland, the Supervisor for Performance Analysis, who is building an impressive team that includes former Manchester United Head of Performance Analysis Paul Brand (now Football Intelligence Lead), former Liverpool Set Piece Coach Aaron Briggs (Consultant) and Daniel Simpson, former Games Insights and Coach Education Lead at the FA (now Game Insights Co-Ordinator).
