Chelsea top U23 Academy Rankings as Everton & Leeds show their age

Chelsea have made it a double by topping TGG’s Under-23 Academy Productivity Rankings as well as the main table for 2025/26.

As we revealed last week, the Blues topped the main Rankings for the fourth edition in a row, ahead of Arsenal in second and Manchester United in third. Now they have finished first in the U23 table too, leapfrogging last year’s leaders Manchester City.

The main table rewards an Academy for every one of their graduates who was playing professional football last season, meaning, as an example, that a 38-year-old playing in Major League Soccer who started out at Chelsea would count towards their points total.
