Bristol City announce new Sporting Director structure

Bristol City have started the search for a new Sporting Director to oversee coaching, recruitment, performance, medical and Academy as they take “an important first step towards engraining Premier League standards.”

The Robins currently have a Technical Director – the club legend Brian Tinnion – who is responsible for recruitment and players pathways. However, new Chief Executive Charlie Boss (pictured) said the club want an overarching Sporting Director who will oversee “every aspect of our football operations.”
