SPEAKERS

Matt Crocker is Director of Football Operations at Southampton and the former Head of Coaching and Development at the Football Association. Matt is a big believer in individual development coaching and recently appointed Mikey Harris and Lee Skyrme to such positions within the Saints Academy.

Russell Martin is a former Scotland international who played more than 500 games during his professional career. As manager of MK Dons, he has drawn widespread praise for both his approach and style of play this season. Individual development coaching plays a prominent part in his philosophy.

Leigh Bromby is the Director of Football Operations at Huddersfield Town. The former Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday player was Academy Manager at the club for two years before taking on his current role. Leigh has promoted individual coaching in both these roles.

Rhys Carr is a pioneer in the role, having been Individual Development Coach at Bristol City and Sheffield United. Rhys has high-level experience as both a coach and performance practitioner, having been Head of Fitness and Conditioning for the Robins and also a Uefa A Licence coach.

Saul Isaksson-Hurst is one of the country's leading one-on-one technical coaches and the founder of the My Personal Football Coach App, a training resource for clubs, coaches and players. He was a full-time Academy coach for more than a decade, for Tottenham and Chelsea, and still consults for a number of Premier League clubs.

Shayne Hall is Senior Manager, Elite Education, for Hudl. He was previously Performance Analysis Education Lead for the Football Association and Head of Education for Prozone.

Austin Fuller is Regional Director, Customer Solutions for Hudl. Prior to this he was Analysis & Insights Process Lead for the Football Association and also worked for the RFU.
