FOUR of Marcelo Bielsa's assistants have exited Leeds United following the sacking of the Argentine manager yesterday.

The 66-year-old was fired following the 4-0 Premier League defeat by Tottenham and is expected to be replaced today by former RB Leipzig manager Jesse Marsch. Bielsa brought in a number of staff after being appointed as Leeds boss in June 2018 and most will now exit with him.

TGG understands that those leaving are assistants Diego Reyes, Pablo Quiroga and Luis Ouvina and fitness coach Benoit Delaval.

Head of Analysis Guillermo Alonso, who worked with Director of Football Victor Orta at Middlesbrough, will stay on. Goalkeeper coach Marcos Abad, who also worked with Orta at Boro, is again expected to stay.

Of the others pictured above, former assistant Diego Flores left the club following promotion to the Premier League, while former translator Salim Lamrani exited at the end of 2018/19.
