  • Josh Snowden (Head of Sport Science): Joined in April, having previously been a Performance Coach at Huddersfield Town and JSW Bengaluru in India.
  • Jack Coles (Head of Recruitment): Previously Head of Data Analysis at Coventry City. The club will also make a further appointment to specialise in data science as they look to strengthen their talent ID, scouting and recruitment.
  • George Bush (First Team Performance Analyst): Previously an intern at the club in 2021/22. Lincoln have also appointed a Head of Performance Analysis, who is in the final stages of serving his notice period with his previous employer.
  • Marc Tracy (Chief Scout and Loans Manager): Has been Chief Scout for six years and will now also take on the new role of Loans Manager, closely monitoring City's young pros who are out on loan.
  • Jon Pepper (Technical Director for the Academy and Lincoln City Women): Led Burnley from Category Three to One in his previous role as Clarets Academy Manager. Has been Academy Technical Director for two years and now takes on the additional role of Women's Technical Director.
  • Calum Oakenfold (Head of Academy and Coaching): Steps up from role as Head of Coaching to become Head of Academy and Coaching, supporting Pepper.

Chief Executive Liam Scully said: “The restructuring and recruitment across the sporting and business operations side of the club is an important step forward as we continue to grow the football club on and off the field.

“We are incredibly excited and humbled at the quality of people we have been able to attract to the club, which speaks volumes for our ambition and commitment to continued growth.

“It has also been great to reward and support the growth of colleagues who have been with us for several years. We pride ourselves on being a place where people can come and develop as people and as professionals, and these changes are exciting for Lincoln City Football Club as well as the people involved.”
