FORMER Burnley Academy Manager Jon Pepper has joined Lincoln City. Pepper worked for the Clarets for five years, from 2016 to 2021, and oversaw their rise from Category Three to Category One status.

LINCOLN CITY manager Danny Cowley says his club’s Academy has to teach youngsters about winning - because it's not something they learn in school.
